AT&T Smartphone Battle: BlackBerry Torch vs.

The next generation of BlackBerrys has debuted on AT&T, and with an entirely new form factor, wholly revamped operating system, and upgraded hardware, the BlackBerry Torch is a formidable competitor against AT&T's impressive smartphone lineup.

The BlackBerry Torch 9800 is the first BlackBerry with a full capacitive touchscreen and a QWERTY keyboard similar to that of the Bold series of BlackBerrys that slides from the bottom of the device. The Torch's specs include a 3.2 inch display, 5-megapixel camera, 512MB of RAM and a 624 MHz processor.

If you're looking for a smartphone on the AT&T network, you may very well be trying to choose between the Torch, the BlackBerry Bold 9700, Apple iPhone 4, and the Android Powered Samsung Captivate. In their usual style, Wirefly has published a number of comparisons pitting the Torch against these popular AT&T phones.
